Step 1: Contact Our Team
Our team is here for you! Our patient coordinators will be happy to speak with you and understand your symptoms, answer any questions, and help identify and guide you who the most suitable specialist is for your condition.

Step 2: Book Your Consultation
We will arrange either:
- An in-person consultation at our Bahrain Clinic with one of our visiting specialists
- A video consultation as an initial step
Step 3: Booking & Specialist Assessment
Your consultant will:
- Review your medical history
- Discuss your symptoms
- Examine you (if attending in person)
- Review any previous investigations
- Recommend the next steps
Step 4: Investigations & Treatment Planning
In the event that your consultant recommends blood tests, imaging or diagnostic investigations and medications, our client coordinator will happily arrange it for you either at our Bahrain Clinic or Dubai.
Step 5: Advanced Treatment in Dubai (If Required)
If surgery or specialised treatment is recommended, our Bahrain team will coordinate everything for you, including:
- Appointment scheduling
- Medical record transfer
- Communication with your treating consultant
Support throughout your treatment journey
Step 6: Follow-up Care
After your treatment, follow-up appointments can often take place:
- In Bahrain during your consultant’s next visit
- Via video consultation
- With on-going communication between our Bahrain and Dubai teams to ensure continuity of care

Some treatments are available in Bahrain. If your condition requires specialised surgery or advanced hospital care, your consultant may recommend treatment at King’s College Hospital London – Dubai.
Not usually. Most patients begin with a consultation in Bahrain or by video. Only if specialised treatment is required would travel be recommended.
